What AccessKEY is

AccessKEY is how KStrategy& shares material with the people we work with: our apps, videos, presentations, articles and documents, in a private package prepared for your company, and a way to reach your KStrategy& team.

What we record

• Your work email address, and your name and job title if your KStrategy& contact added them.
• When you sign in, with the network address (IP) and browser of each sign-in, to keep your account secure.
• Which items in your package you open or download, and when.
• The questions, demo and quote requests you send, and our replies.

Why

To give you access to your package, to keep it secure, and so your KStrategy& team can answer you and follow up on what is useful to you. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who can see it

The KStrategy& team members who look after AccessKEY and your account. We use service providers to host AccessKEY and to send its emails; they handle data only on our behalf.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. It is needed for AccessKEY to work. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

You can ask your KStrategy& contact at any time to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to end your access and remove your details.
